Room rates are based on double occupancy for 2008 plus Lodging tax of 9% and 1% TPA which are subject to change. Advance reservations are strongly recommended. During peak seasons, reservations are a must to ensure accommodations.

Policies

Reservations are not confirmed until you have received a Confirmation Email from the Duck Inn. All efforts are made to confirm reservations within 24 hours of request.

Reservations secured with one night credit card deposit with balance due on arrival.

Supervised children welcome.

Smoking is allowed on the outside decks using the provided ash urns.

All rooms are smoke-free. A $250.00 cleaning fee will be accessed to rooms with smoke damages.

Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets.

In respect to others, we ask that you maintain a reasonable sound level at all times and honor quiet hours of 10:00pm - 8:00am daily.

TO CANCEL A RESERVATION PLEASE NOTIFY
US BY [-EMAIL-] AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

NO SHOWS or CANCELLATIONS received less than 30 days prior
will be charged the ONE night deposit.

 

ALL CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CHARGED A $25.00 CANCELLATION FEE
